Tour Itinerary
DAY 1MOTHERLAND-TASHKENT
Arrival at Tashkent International Airport. Meeting with the driver and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel, free time to rest or explore the city on your own.
Overnight stay in Tashkent.
DAY 2TASHKENT – SAMARKAND (by high-speed train, 330 km, ~2 hours 20 minutes)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the station for boarding the morning high-speed train "Afrosiyob" to Samarkand.
Upon arrival – city tour. Samarkand is one of the oldest cities in the world, the former capital of the vast empire of Tamerlane. A city-museum, the heart of the Great Silk Road, where the spirit of the Middle Ages is still felt.
🕙 10:00–18:00 – city tour of Samarkand:

Gur-Emir Mausoleum – the tomb of Tamerlane;

Registan Square: Ulugh Beg, Sher-Dor, and Tillya-Kori madrasahs – unique monuments with azure mosaics;

Lunch at the tea house “Bibikhanum”;

After lunch – visit to Bibikhanum Mosque and Siab Eastern Bazaar;

In the evening (19:00 or 20:00) – light show at Registan Square (optional);

Dinner at a local restaurant.
Overnight in Samarkand.
DAY 3SAMARKAND – BUKHARA – FARAB BORDER (ALAT) (Afrosiyob train, 270 km, ~1 hour 45 minutes)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the station and boarding the high-speed train "Afrosiyob" to Bukhara.
Upon arrival – transfer to the hotel, check-in, and lunch. After a short rest – a walk through the Old City of Bukhara.
Bukhara is another ancient city on the Great Silk Road. In medieval times, Bukhara was one of the most important political, cultural, and religious centers of the East. It has over 140 architectural monuments, including:

operating baths and craft domes
The historic center of Bukhara is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list.
🕕 At 18:00 – transfer to the Farab (Alat) border checkpoint.
