Tajikistan offers a flexible visa regime, including electronic visas (e-Visa), which makes the entry process convenient for most foreign citizens. Here is detailed information about visa types, the process of obtaining them, conditions of stay, and other important details.


Visa-free regime

Citizens of a number of countries can enter Tajikistan without a visa.

1. Visa-free entry (up to 90 days)

  • Countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia and some other CIS countries.
  • Only a foreign passport is required for entry.
  • Registration is not required if the length of stay does not exceed 90 days.

2. Visa-free entry (up to 30 days)
