Tour Itinerary
Day 1Tashkent
Arrival at Tashkent International Airport at 00: 50 on TC 370, transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight in Tashkent.
Day 2Tashkent
After breakfast, at 11:00, you will start your tour of Tashkent with the ancient mosques and madrasas (Islamic academies), the Hazrat Imams complex, which includes the Barak Khan Madrasah (XVI century), the old Jami Mosque (Friday) still in operation, and the Kaffal Chachi mausoleum-the grave of the great philosopher, poet and teacher Islam, which lived in the tenth century. Lunch at the national restaurant "Tandiriy". After lunch, we will have a panoramic tour of the modern city: Independence Square, Amir Temur Square, Theater Square, Tashkent City Square. Dinner at the local restaurant "Ibrokhimbek".(optional) Overnight in Tashkent.
Day 3Tashkent-Urgench
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, we will continue the tour with a visit to the Amir Timur Museum, Museums of Fine Arts of Uzbekistan, then Charsu Bazaar, a famous charming market and representative of the city's life. Lunch in the center of pilaf "Besh Kozon". After that, you will be taken to the airport for a flight to Urgench (19:25 – 22:55). Upon arrival in Urgench, you will be transferred to Khiva (31 km), where you will stop. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight in Khiva.
Day 4Khiva
After breakfast, a full-day tour of Khiva. Kalta Minor Minaret (1855), Muhamad Amin Khan Madrasah (XIX), Kunya Ark Fortress (1868-1888), Pahlavan Mahmud Mausoleum (XVII-XIX), Said Alautdin Mausoleum (XIV), Juma Mosque, Khoja Islam Minaret and Mosque (1908-1910), Shergazi Madrasah-khan (1718-1720).
Lunch at the restaurant "Karavan Khiva". After lunch, continue the fascinating tour. Nurullabay Palace, Caravanserai (XVIII), Tim Ala-Kulikhan (XIX), Abdulla Khan Madrasah (1865), Palvan-Darvaz Gate (XIX). Tosh-Khouli Palace (Harem) (1830-1836). Traditional Khorezmian dinner in a restaurant Zarafshan in front of the minaret. Overnight in Khiva.
Day 5 Khiva-Bukhara
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time in Khiva. Leaving for Bukhara, the path crosses the Kyzylkum " red sands "and Karakum" black sands", a road skirting the edge of the large channel of the Amu Darya River, from where you can enjoy exciting views of the dry unusual beauty. Break on the way for lunch. Arrival in Bukhara. Check-in at the hotel. Free time to explore the old town on your own. Dinner at the Kukaldashsky Sad restaurant. (optional) Overnight in Bukhara.
Day 6Bukhara
After breakfast, you will enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Bukhara. The city tour includes: Ismail Samani Mausoleum, the oldest and most valuable in the country, a masterpiece of medieval architecture built by Ismail Samani for his father Nasr I. Chashmaayub Mausoleum. We will see the Bolo-Hauz Mosque, the official place of worship of the emirs, built in 1718 and located next to the door of the Ark, the city center, the official residence of the rulers of Bukhara.
Lunch at the Lyabi-Hauz restaurant. After lunch, visit the Poi Kalon minaret and Mosque, visit the Abdulaziz Khan and Ulugbek madrasas, the Lyabi-hauz ensemble, whose swimming pool and teahouse are the modern center of traditional Uzbekistan. Dinner at Nodirdevonbegi with a fashion show (optional). Overnight in Bukhara.
Day 7 Bukhara
After breakfast, continue your sightseeing tour of Bukhara. Visit Sitorai Mohi Khosa Palace, Bahautdin Naqshbandi Complex, Chor Bakr.
Master class of pilaf cooking. Have some lunch. Free time. Dinner at Chinor restaurant (optional). Overnight in Bukhara.
Day 8 Bukhara - Samarkand
In the morning transfer to Samarkand (290 km, 4 hours*). Arrival in Samarkand and check-in at the hotel. Lunch at the Oasis Garden restaurant (optional). Free time.
Dinner at the Emirkhan restaurant.(optional) Overnight in Samarkand.
Day 9Samarkand
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit the mausoleum of Gur-Emir-the cemetery of Tamerlane and Timurids. Visit Ulugbek Observatory, Shahi-Zinda necropolis, where you can visit the tomb of Qusam ibn Abbas, continue to the Hazrati Khizr Mosque. Visit to Siya b a r Bazaar
Lunch in the teahouse "Bibikhanum". After lunch, visit the giant Bibi Khanum Mosque. In the evening, visit the magnificent Registan Square with three madrasas, Ulugbek Madrasah, Sher Dor madrasah and Tillya Kari madrasah.
Dinner Platan Restaurant. (optional) Overnight in Samarkand.
Day 10 Samarkand
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, Samarkand city tour. Master class of making manta rays. Lunch time. After lunch, we will visit the Afrasiab Museum, then visit one of the workshops where paper was made from mulberry bark obtained from Chinese slaves in the 8th century (MEROS paper mill).
Dinner at the restaurant and transfer to the train station for boarding the train (00: 58).
Day 11Departure,
At 06: 00, your driver will meet you at the train station, take you to Tashkent International Airport, and you will have enough time to have breakfast. You will catch your return flight in time. End of the tour.
